Bishops Services has its origins over 60 years ago when Ronald Bishop had a growing family to feed and decided to take up the profession of window cleaner.

Through hard work and endeavour the business has prospered.

Ron Bishop took on his first employee in the early 1960’s; from then on the company has grown from a sole trader to partnership and in 1989 on the founders retirement a successful limited company.

Growing from a window cleaning company the business expanded to undertake firstly contract cleaning, then carpet and upholstery cleaning and following customer requests into wooden floor restoration supplying and laying.

The 2nd generation twin sons John and Mark Bishop now operate the company and as directors are responsible for a team of 100 staff, with 10 full time employees and the remainder part time, undertaking the clients office cleaning duties. We now have a 3rd generation ‘Bishop’ working within the company.

Bishops Services have always prided themselves in the fact that the vast majority of their work has always come in from client recommendations. They now offer a large array of services, but always of the highest quality at a value for money price.
